If want to refine your paddling skills, meet new people, and learn how to make it look easy, this is the event for you! We teach how to paddle more effectively, how to communicate on the water, how to rescue yourself and others, and how to have fun doing it. Our qualified instructors are all volunteers. That means that this event is the best value ever. It’s FREE to all who are members of both St. Louis Canoe and Kayak Club and ACA and costs just $11.50 for those who are not ACA members. (Usually, instructors charge about $125 for a class.) Classes will be designed according to your needs. We have options that cover canoe, kayak, and sit-on-top, and a kids’ class.
